Quality Assured
Our
Quality Manager is responsible for the ongoing development
of our Quality System and is involved in all operational aspects
of Company Management.
ISO
Accreditation
Customer care is our watchword. In 1994 we decided that we
must demonstrate our commitment to our customers and undertook
the path towards Quality Assurance Accreditation. We were
the first British swimming pool contractor to achieve accreditation
to the demanding requirements of the International Standard
ISO 9002 : 1994.
We
were again proud to be the first British Contractor to meet
the demands of the tough new Standard ISO 9001 : 2008 in May
2010. The new Standard includes several areas that were
not, previously, specifically, addressed and should prove
of benefit to all our Clients.
Quality
As
part of our ISO Accreditation, we undergo an Annual Assessment.
We are pleased to announce that we have, once again, passed
the Annual Assessment in April 2010 - which demonstates that
we, at Swimco, are achieving the standards set at all levels.
We
are also proud to have addressed the demands of the latest
Standard ISO 9001:2008
